For the past 10 years the Jarvis Team has always worked with investors in real estate.  Whether it was flips, or long term buy and hold strategies that maximized ROI.  After closing a record of 100+ homes last year with investors, we have added on additional staff and resources to help a specific group of investors.  

With the biggest challenge in Atlanta Real Estate being "winning" properties, we're creating a team specifically to win the most properties.  This "team" concept won't work for every investor or every scenario but we feel we'll be able to increase our win percentage of homes, edge out other investors and create win/win scenarios for Atlanta Investors.
